While visiting friends in Katy, my truck was vandalized and the back door window was smashed. Called TLC early Saturday and they had me fixed and on my way home by 10 am. So glad I called them!

My wife sunroof and front windshield were hit and the sunroof shattered by debris on the highway. My insurance was reticent to accept to claim as a glass claim. The owner advised me to push them and they eventually (4 days later) changed my claim to a glass claim. Then, when the inspector came there, the owner made sure that my claim was handled correctly. Also the installation was flawless. The dude cares about his customers. I absolutely recommend the shop if you are looking for great service.

This is the second time I have used this business for window replacement after a break-in and cracked windshield.
